Full-size hinged access doors, refrigerant system service ports, real-time monitoring and diagnostic DDC controls, and cooling coil cleaning clearance designed in. Wiring diagrams, piping diagrams, and sequence of operation are located inside the control compartment door. Printed IOM [installation, operation, and maintenance] manual is included with each unit. A Microsoft tag is located on the outside of the unit and can be scanned by most cell phones to download the IOM. Tested in accordance with Air-Conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) Standard 210 and passed at evaporator temperatures of 115°F. The factory DDC [direct digital controls] with optional Web-based dashboard offer wide controllability and information regarding unit operation. Real-time fault detection ensures minimum downtime. The unit design also provides very low sightlines, reducing parapet costs on rooftop applications.
